Çanakkale Kutlu Construction has pioneered Çanakkale’s first urban transformation project with Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Evleri. The project commenced after securing agreements with over 300 property owners of the 54 Evler Site within just one month, thanks to the trust they had in Çanakkale Kutlu Construction.

The earthquake-prone buildings were demolished and replaced with a modern, luxurious residential complex built on 17,500 square meters of indoor space. The new site, compliant with earthquake regulations, includes social facilities and a marketplace concept, and was handed over to the owners in 2014. Like all of Çanakkale Kutlu Construction's projects, Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Evleri emphasizes quality of life by offering "breathing homes" with a spacious and comfortable living environment.
